It’s Tuesday, it’s February, and it’s the month of love. Do you know what this all means? Tune In Tuesday: Love Song Edition is here! For those of you that may not know, for the month of February, us Tune In Tuesday-ers will be posting our favorite love songs! For each Tuesday of this month I plan to post a few completely random (yet totally awesome!) love songs that I just, well…love! So, without further ado…

Keep On Loving You by REO Speedwagon

So I’m a little bit unconventional with the whole love song thing…

Poison & Wine by The Civil Wars

“I don’t have a choice but I’d still choose you.” How do those words not make you melt?!?

Forever And Always by Parachute

This song makes me wail like a baby every single time. It is just the sweetest most heartbreaking song I’ve ever heard!

Sparks Fly by Taylor Swift

Whenever I think about the type of relationship I someday hope to have, this song ALWAYS comes to mind <3

Ho Hey by The Lumineers

Goodness gracious, I could listen to The Lumineers every minute of every day! This is still one of my favorite songs. It is just so simple, blunt, and incredibly adorable!

The first thing I thought when I read this post was “OMG REO Speedwagon!” I love “Keep on Lovin’ You” too — it’s so cheesy, but it always puts a huge smile on my face. “Ho Hey” is a great song too…I really like that whole Lumineers album! I’ll have to listen to the others after I’ve had some sleep. :)

Keep on Loving You was THE love song back in my day lol

Great songs Kate – I picked a silly one this week but I’m looking forward to posting my faves for the rest of the month.

Sparks Fly captures EXACTLY the feeling when you see that one person you love. It makes me smile just thinking about it :)

“Keep on Loving You” reminds me of a trip to the US in 2004. Love “Ho Hey”.

First I love Poison and Wine. It’s an awesome song and you can’t go wrong with some Taylor Swift! Haha but I have seriously been listening to Ho Hey on repeat for days! I cann’t stop listening to it. I don’t know what it is about that song, but I’m addicted! Great list! :)

This whole post is pretty much perfect for this month’s theme. Then again, that’s not really much of a surprise. Hee hee. Can’t wait to see what you pick for the rest of the month! There are so many excellent lovey dovey songs. :)

I really like The Civil Wars, Poison & Wine is a great song. My husband and I were talking just the other day about REO Speedwagon’s Hi Infidelity album. We both agree that it’s one of those albums that you can listen to in it’s entirety and enjoy all of the songs.
